NDVI data

Find below the daily NDVI data from MODIS Terra based on the version 5 MOD09GA daily surface reflectance of bands 1 and 2. The spatial resolution is 500m. The processing includes:
-Cloud removal
-Cloud shadow removal
-Water bodies removal based on Land Water Mask Derived from MODIS and SRTM L3 Global 250m SIN Grid (MOD44W)
-Mosaicing of the 4 tiles (h19.v04, h19.v05, h20.v04, h20.v05)
-Cropping to the extend of Greece
-Re-projection from Sinusoidal to the Hellenic Geodetic Reference System – 87 (EGSA 87 / EPSG code:2100)
